Audits are performed onsite with your suppliers to ensure full understanding of the relationship. The Supply Chain Manager's involvement at appropriate points in this audit process allows you to manage this turnkey service. All audit issues require client approval prior to supplier presentation.

Simplified Audit ProcessOur three-pronged approach of Pre-audit, During the audit and Post-audit offers proven success. Because our approach is simplified we typically complete audits in nine to twelve weeks from the kickoff meeting with the client.
